Installing Heavier Equipment on Existing Pad
When installing heavier equipment on existing concrete pads exisiting facilities believe that they are limited to building new pads or having to move the heavy machinery. Many times they are moved on to existing areas that do not have the soil capacity to bear their weight, and signs of stress begin to show in the concrete pads around the machinery.
We consider it our mission to help users achieve their objectives, with out having to do considerable removal and replacement of existing infrastructure. Instead of replacing the machinery or having to add a whole new area or building, we achieve our goals by looking for the out of the box solution. Looking outside of the regualr cassions solutions or having to relocate completely lets us bring you a more practical solution. We accomplish our goals through pre-construction piers, piering, underpinning or grouting technology, depending on the situation and what is required.
Advantages of these methods include:
- Less down time if any at all
- Less intrusive—less noise, dust etc.
- More reliable and permanent.
- Can be done in shorter amount of time.
- Less use of natural resources including landfills.
