Accidental Undermining

   We have many times been called out to projects that were under construction; where for a variety of reasons including but not limited to undermining & water intrusion, the structures had settled due to a loss of supporting soils.  We have at our disposal several technologies including piers, pressure grouting, and even carbon fiber strengthening to counter these issues. 

   Each circumstance must be analyzed carefully before a proper solution can be designed and calculated to ensure long term performance.  We are partnered with many engineers who can provide calculations and stamps when needed to insure the effectiveness and safety of a particular design.
