1. How many years have they been in business?
2. Are they members of the International Concrete
Repair Institution?
3. Are they members of the National Association of
Waterproofing and Structural Repair Contractors
(NAWSRC)
4. Are they certified installers of the products that they
install?
5. Are they certified in more than one technology as to
keep from trying to pound square pegs into round
holes?
6. Are they members of the BBB and do they have a
good local reputation?
7. Do they have examples of situations where they have
honored their warranty?
8. Are their workers OSHA trained and certified?
9. What is their EMOD rating?
