4. How many local engineers do they have working
relationships with?
5. Are they certified installers for their products that
they install?
6. Are they certified in more than one technology as to
keep from trying to pound square pegs into round
holes?
7. Are they members of the BBB and have good
reputations locally?
8. Do they have examples where they have honored
their warranty?
9. Are their workers OSHA trained and certified?
10. What is their EMOD rating?
